AutoPro operates a network of more than 50 convenient locations across the emirates, offering an array of great-value, professional automotive services.

The very first AutoPro opened in 2010, growing to become Dubai’s largest network of automotive facilities. Today, we operate across Dubai and the Northern Emirates, with many of our workshops located at ENOC and EPPCO petrol stations. Our modern, state-of-the-art service centres are run by our team of dedicated car care professionals, and we pride ourselves on understanding our customers’ needs and surpassing their expectations.

AutoPro Academy

The AutoPro Academy opened in February 2013 to provide top quality practical and theoretical training to the AutoPro team and the next generation of automotive experts. Certified as an approved centre by City & Guilds and the Institute of the Motor Industry (IMI), the only academy in the UAE to hold this prestigious designation, the state-of-the-art facilities include lecture halls, practical workshops and essential hands on training in the latest technologies and innovations.

As a centre for automotive education and excellence, the AutoPro Academy also delivers training sessions to prestigious government entities, including the RTA, Dubai Police, Dubai Economic Department and Sharjah Police.

Since its launch, AutoPro has received a number of awards and accolades. These include the Middle East Road and Bridge Forum’s award for Best Road Safety Campaign in 2017, Dubai Police’s Safety Campaign Appreciation in 2016, and Liberty Automobiles’ Customer Appreciation Award 2014.

Quality and Certification

All AutoPro service centres are certified for three ISO standards. This includes:

• ISO 9001:2015
• ISO 14001:2015
• OHSAS 18001:2007

One further AutoPro site was also recently awarded ISO 50001 for efficient energy
management. AutoPro Academy is the first City & Guilds UK-approved Technical Training Centre in the UAE. It offers the following qualifications:

• 4290 – 11 Level 1 in Vehicle Maintenance
• 4290 – 17 Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Principles
• 4290 – 13 Level 3 DEPLOMA in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Principles

AutoPro Academy is also the first IMI (Institute of The Motor Industry) UK-approved
training centre in the UAE and Middle East to offer the following International
Accreditations:

• FFT – Fast Fit Technician
• FFST – Fast Fit Service Technician
• LVSMT – Light Vehicle Service Maintenance Technician
• LVDT – Light Vehicle Diagnosis Technician
• LVMT – Light Vehicle Master Technician

Like all AutoPro service centres, Autopro Academy is ISO certified in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
